Wolfe Memorial, LLC is complying with state and local health department requirements, including masks and physical distancing practices, to protect our clientele, visitors, and staff from exposure to COVID-19.
We are continuing to host traditional visitations where friends may pay their respects in person, but we knew there needed to be an option for people who can not travel or risk exposure to large groups due to age or health conditions. Friends can now join a public visitation remotely through Zoom and we can record or broadcast funeral services from our chapel as the ceremony is happening.
If you want to receive many friends and family during services while keeping a distance of at least 6 feet, then you might consider a vehicle visitation. Just a few years ago this concept seemed outlandish, but it is now a safe and easy way to host visitation for a large number of people. Family members gather on our large covered porch and visitors express condolences from their cars. The casket can be viewed through the front window of the funeral home if you choose. If you have additional ideas or requests for your services here at the funeral home, we are happy to oblige. We are here to help, so your family can connect to loved ones at a distance.
