Andrew Sager Neilson, age 39, died on Monday, August 27, 2018, peacefully at his home in Forest Hills following a brain aneurysm. Loving father of Keeghan and Quentin. Beloved son of Joanne E. Peterson of Pittsburgh and Richard R. Neilson (Waltraud) of New Port Richey, FL. Brother of Marian E. Neilson of Pittsburgh. Adopted brother of Rachel Cannon and Nathan Ellis. Stepbrother of Ulf and Glenn Skreppen. Andrew was a devoted social member of the Rankin Croatian Club and he will be sadly missed by many friends and extended family. Everyone is invited to celebrate Andrew's life at a memorial service at First Presbyterian Church of Edgewood, 120 E. Swissvale Ave, Pittsburgh PA 15218, on Saturday, September 8, 2018, at 1:00pm. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to his boys' college fund. Checks may be sent to "Marian Neilson", c/o Abator, 615 South Ave. Pittsburgh PA 15221.
