Barbara M. Rossman, age 69, of Churchill, formerly of Erie, passed away suddenly at her home on Saturday, March 29, 2025. Beloved wife of Edward S. Rossman for 36 years. Loving mother of Sarah Simon (Joe) of Greensburg, and grandmother of Dominic and a granddaughter on the way. Daughter of Adelaide Sperduto of Erie and the late Carl Sperduto. Sister of Louis Sperduto (Pati), Theresa Sperduto, Carl Sperduto (Brenda), Margaret Mantsch (Jeff), Jeanne Sperduto, Mary Anne Martone (Marty), the late Judith Kirkpatrick, and the late Richard Sperduto. Sister-in-law of Paul Rossman (Heidi), Joe Rossman (Rachel), and Dan Rossman (Christine). Aunt and Great-Aunt to many nieces and nephews. Barbara loved music and used her beautiful singing voice to perform in bands around Erie. She enjoyed musical theatre and attending performances with her daughter. Barbara was also an avid reader, enjoyed playing games, and was a Pittsburgh Steelers fan. When possible, she loved to travel with her loving husband and family and always enjoyed spending time with her siblings. She worked as an executive assistant in healthcare, until her retirement in 2019. Barbara was a devout Catholic and member of St. Joseph the Worker Parish. Friends will be received at Wolfe Memorial, LLC, Forest Hills Chapel, 3600 Greensburg Pike, Pittsburgh PA 15221, on Friday, April 4, from 6 to 8pm and Saturday, April 5, from 10am to 12pm. Funeral Mass at St. Maurice Church, 2001 Ardmore Blvd., on Saturday, April 5, at 1:00pm.
