Eleanor Anker

Formerly of Forest Hills, passed away peacefully at age 101 on Monday, March 17, 2025. Loving mother of Anton “Tony” Anker (Kathy) of Apollo and Robert Anker (Carol) of Eugene, OR. Grandmother of Adam, Andrew, and Erin. Great-grandmother of Iain and Ffion. Aunt of Donna Holtzclaw, David Wright, Susan Bramlet, and Dawn Grasser. Sister-in-law of Jane Grasser of Louisville, KY. She was preceded in death by her husband, Anton “Tony” Anker. Eleanor was born at home in a farmhouse in Wilkins Twp. to Peter G. and Angela (Grabner) Grasser. She was a member of the Ladies of Charity at St. Maurice Church for over 20 years. She lived a long and happy life.
