Of Penn Hills, age 89, passed away on Friday, August 7, 2020. Loving mother of Elissa Dileo-Appel (Robert) and Susan DePasquale (Carl). Cherished “MeMa” of Joseph D. Smarto (Kate), Susan Angela Smarto (Emily), Teresa McCarren (Robert John), and Maria DePasquale. Beloved sister of Helen Giuliano. Elvera was the heartbeat of a loving family and will be dearly missed by extended family members and friends.
