Emily S. (DeNillo) Branzel

Age 89, of Forest Hills, passed away peacefully on Friday, September 20, 2024.

Beloved wife of 66 years to the late Edward Branzel. Mother of Dr. Christina Michaelson (Dr. Randy). Grandmother of Neil Michaelson. Daughter of the late Sarah DeNillo. Sister of the late Louis DeNillo (late Cora), the late Samuel DeNillo (late Joyce), and the late Linda Bucklew. Sister-in-law of the late Richard Branzel (late Marie) and Donald Branzel (late Frances). Also survived by numerous loving nieces and nephews.

Emily was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend who was adored by her family and friends. She brought endless love, joy, and laughter to all. She enjoyed her work for many years as a dental assistant and receptionist.

Friends received at Wolfe Memorial, LLC, Forest Hills Chapel, 3600 Greensburg Pike, Pittsburgh PA 15221, on Tues. Sept. 24, 2024, from 2-4 & 6-8pm. Funeral service at Forest Hills Presbyterian Church, 1840 Ardmore Boulevard, Pittsburgh PA 15221, on Wed., Sept. 25, 2024, at 11am. Everyone please meet at Church. Memorial gifts maybe given to Forest Hills Presbyterian Church.
