Eugene B. Connelly

Of Churchill, age 92, passed away on Saturday, October 16, 2021, at Shadyside Hospital. Beloved husband of Jeanne Connelly for over 70 years. Loving father of Cyndie Stratiff of Wilkins Twp. and Ivy Rombout of Monroeville. Cherished grandfather of Leigh Stratiff (Mary), Luke Rombout, and April Robbins (Michael). Great-grandfather of Phoebe and Willow. Gene attended Grove City College and worked as an engineer for US Steel. He loved traveling, dancing, telling stories, and learning and writing about the history of trains. Private burial in William Penn Cemetery, Churchill.
