Helen Arleen Sposato, aged 96, passed away peacefully on July 24, 2024. Born on February 29, 1928, Helen was the daughter of immigrants and spent her entire life in the Pittsburgh area.
Known for her colorful language and strong opinions, nothing brought her more satisfaction than providing for her family.
Helen was predeceased by her husband of 55 years, Louis Sposato, her sister Lillian Scuillo, and her parents, Harry and Yolanda Sante. She leaves behind a loving family: her son, Lou Sposato, Jr. and his wife Michelle of Orlando; her daughter, Lisa Konstanzer and her husband Daryl of Pittsburgh; her grandchildren, Eric Sposato of Charleston, SC, Fallon Meyer and her husband Fritz of Charleston, SC, and Christina Konstanzer of Pittsburgh; and her great-grandchildren, Knox and Helen Meyer of Charleston, SC. Helen is also survived by her sister, Dolly DeFazio, and her brother, Richard Sante and his wife Geri, both of Pittsburgh.
Throughout her life, Helen relished her large family and will be happily reunited with her beloved parents once again.
