Keishaun Dewayne-Richard Slater, Jr., of White Oak, passed away on Sunday, April 26, 2026, surrounded by his family.

Keishaun was born in White Oak to Keishaun Slater, Sr. and Iysis Smith on February 5, 2026.

Keishaun is survived by his older brother Khy’mari, his twin brother, Khy’shean, and his parents.

Friends will be received at Wolfe Memorial, LLC, Forest Hills Chapel, 3600 Greensburg Pike, Pittsburgh PA 15221, on Friday, May 1, 2026 from 11am to 7pm, and on Saturday, May 2, 2026 from 10:30 am until the time of the funeral service at 12:00 noon. Interment will follow in William Penn Cemetery, Churchill.
