Of Forest Hills, age 96, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Wednesday, January 21, 2026. Beloved wife of the late William Homze. Loving mother of Valentine Homze (Karen) of Phoenixville, PA, the late Dennis Homze, Janet Homze of Harmer, James Homze (Judith) of Apollo, George Homze of Wilkins Twp., and Elaine Ehalt (Mark) of Sarver. Cherished Grandma of 10 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. She will also be missed by many nieces and nephews. Marge was a longtime active member of St. Maurice Church and organized the Lenten fish fry for over 20 years. She loved her garden and was known in the neighborhood for her beautiful flowers. Friends received at Wolfe Memorial, LLC, Forest Hills Chapel, 3600 Greensburg Pike, Pittsburgh PA 15221, on Friday, January 23, from 3:00 to 7:00 PM. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Maurice Church of St. Joseph the Worker Parish on Saturday, January 24, at 12:00 noon. Burial in All Saints Braddock Catholic Cemetery. Gifts in Marge’s memory may be given to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, www.stjude.org.
