Roberta "Bobbie" (Drylie) McConnell

Roberta “Bobbie” Drylie McConnell, of Ligonier, formerly of Forest Hills, age 99, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, November 1, 2023. Beloved wife of the late Charles “Ted” B. McConnell. Loving mother of Steven McConnell, Jeffry McConnell (Beth), and Joyce McKenzie (Thad). Grandmother of Blayne (Sona Sivakova), Joshua, Nicholas, Christopher (Jasmine), and Samuel McKenzie, and Mary Carter (Anthony). Great grandmother of Hailey, Skyler, Gunner, Layne, Blake, Olivia, Izzy, Jacob, Charley, Finn, and Holly. In addition to her husband, Roberta is preceded in death by daughter-in-law Anne Ryan; granddaughter Polly McConnell; her parents, Robert and Ethel (Everett) Drylie; her five siblings, Gladys Drylie Hill, Robert “Bo” Drylie, William “Bill” Drylie, Charlotte Elizabeth “Betty” Drylie Comp, and Edward “Ted” Drylie. Roberta's passions were spending time with her family, mastering crossword puzzles, and baking cookies with her granddaughter Hailey and mom Theresa.
