Sabatino "Sam" Palmieri

Of Forest Hills, age 86, passed away with his family by his side on Monday, December 16, 2024. Beloved husband of Antonietta "Toni" (DiVincenzo) Palmieri for 59 years. Proud father of Frank Palmieri (Dianne) of Greensburg and Zanio Palmieri (Maggie) of Trafford. Cherished grandfather of Christopher, Zachary, Kayla, and Nico. Brother of Dina DiVincenzo (Zachary), the late Rosa Luciano (Michael), Toni Uderman (the late Butch), and Joseph Palmieri (Cherie). Sam was born in Lettopalena, Italy, the son of Francesco "Frank" and Gilda (Martinelli) Palmieri. After moving to the United States with his family, he worked in many trades and did maintenance for Woodland Hills School District for 42 years. His passion was working with his sons and being with his grandkids. He was a proud US Army Veteran. Friends will be received at Wolfe Memorial, LLC, Forest Hills Chapel, on Thursday from 3:00pm until the time of the Blessing Service at 7:00pm. Private burial in Church Hill Cemetery.
