Thomas Daniel Jensen, III

Born on May 14, 1955, and passed away after a long battle with cancer on Sunday, December 11, 2022. Beloved life partner of Patricia DeMarco. Survived by his son Thomas Daniel Jensen, IV and his daughter Charlene (Jensen) Cunzolo; his brother James Jensen, sister Barbara Caulfield, brothers Fritz O’Neil and Daniel O’Neil, and half sister Stacey Jensen; his three grandchildren, Kristin Cunzolo, Peyton Kazmarski and Teagen Jensen; and numerous nieces and nephews. His wonderful stories and kindness, his love of rock and roll music, American history, and family genealogy, and stubborn loyalty to the Chicago Bears endeared him to all who knew him.
