Wayne R. Phillips

Of the Bon Air neighborhood in Carrick, age 88, passed away peacefully on Monday, August 19, 2024. Beloved husband and best friend of Dorothy "Dottie" (Draskovich) Phillips for over 50 years. Preceded in death by his parents, Harry R. and Bertha (Peters) Phillips; and his sisters, Carol Lintelman and her husband David, and Joyce Dailey and her husband Jack. He will be sadly missed by many nieces and nephews and their children, whom he loved dearly like his own. Wayne attended Carrick High School and Robert Morris College. He worked as a computer programmer for Gimbels, where he met his lovely wife, Dorothy. Wayne loved photography, golfing, electronics, trips to Disney, and visits to Hershey where he enjoyed many kinds of chocolate. The family requests prayers for his wife Dorothy.
