MALLEY, PATRICK B., Ph.D.
Age 80, of Churchill, died Thursday, April 28, 2016. Beloved husband of 49 years to Nancy (Thomas) and loving father of Sean; sisters, Frances Avellana of Wellsville, OH and Mary Aloisi (Ciro) of Mt. Lebanon; and brother, Clifford (Franziska) of Jefferson City, MO; and many nieces and nephews. Patrick earned degrees from St. Francis and Duquesne Universities and the University of Pittsburgh where he was a professor in the Counselor Education graduate school. He also was a licensed psychologist. He was a devoted educator who wrote several books, including a textbook which was used nationally. Pat was a man who was blessed with the gifts of kindness and introspection who spent hours observing nature and God's delightful creatures in his favorite place, his backyard.
